We are happy to take any order - no minimum order value required.

We do not offer telephone orders, but you can order around the clock in our online shop. If you have any questions about your order, complaints or returns, our customer service is available at kundenservice@schiesser.com. 

Due to our automated process, we can no longer cancel finalized orders. Of course, you can return your package within 28 days and have the order amount refunded using your chosen payment method. You can find more information on processing returns here.

If the item you want is sold out in your size, you can request your size in the size selection. As soon as the item is available again, we will notify you by email. Then it pays to be quick, as all interested parties will receive the same notification and we cannot reserve sizes. If a size is not available for more than three months, your request will be automatically deleted.

If you received an item that you did not order, simply send it back to us.

We usually dispatch our orders within one business day, so your cancellation must be made within 24 hours. To do so, contact our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com. Otherwise, simply return your order once you receive.

In rare cases, an item is already sold out when it is still displayed as available in the shop. In this case we first check whether we can deliver the item from other stocks. If this is not possible, our system will automatically cancel your order. Depending on the method of payment, we will refund your payment.

Please check whether our payment reminder has ended up in your spam folder. However, if you have returned goods, please check whether the amount of the reminder corresponds to the value of your return. In this case, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com so that we can refund you the correct amount to balance your account. 

Did you receive a payment reminder from us despite payment or return? First of all, there is nothing to worry about: our first email to you is just a reminder that the payment deadline is approaching. If you have already paid or returned an order, simply ignore it. If you have received an unjustified reminder, inform our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com. It may happen that the payment reminder overlaps with the confirmation of your payment or return. Please allow 15 business days for us to review and credit your return. As soon as we have done so, we will confirm this by email. After that you will receive an email confirmation from us that everything has been taken care of. If you have already transferred the money, give us around five business days to allocate your transfer. When this has happened, we will notify you by email. In order for your payment to be clearly assigned, please always state your order number as reference. If you have not done so, please allow us time to review your payment. We can either log your payment or transfer your payment back to you. Also remember to transfer each order separately so that we can allocate your payments. If you have paid for several orders in one transfer, the amount may only be assigned to one order and the excess amount will then be credited to your account again. In this case, please check your account statements.

Please transfer your invoice amount on time. You will receive a payment reminder after 14 days and the first payment due notice after 30 days. If we still do not receive an incoming payment, you will be sent another reminder with a new request for payment. The third reminder incurs a five CHF reminder fee. If you ignore this last reminder as well, we will hand over the claim to our debt collection agency. In order to avoid the resulting inconvenience and additional costs, please transfer the amount on time.

It usually takes five to seven business days from the time we receive your return until the amount in question is refunded.

Yes, VAT is included in our prices.

If you cannot select your preferred payment method, please check the following points:

• Do your delivery and billing address not match?
  
• Have you possibly not yet paid (in full) for previous orders?
  
• Have you made a typing error?
  
• Have you recently changed your name or address and not yet informed us?

If the selected payment method still does not work, please choose another one.

For new customers, the maximum order value depends on the result of the credit check and is between CHF 200 and CHF 800. Existing customers can order on account for up to CHF 800, above which orders can be paid for by credit card. Regardless of the payment method, the maximum order value is CHF 1'500.

Currently we ship multiple orders in multiple packages. This makes it easier to allocate and process your orders. If you want to return one or more orders, please do so in individual packages according to the orders. 

If items are sold out, this is often only due to a short-term delivery delay. However, sometimes items are in such high demand that they quickly sell out completely. We can therefore not guarantee that we will have sold out items back in stock. Our basics are constantly being replenished - just let us inform you by email when your desired size is available again.

So far we have been able to pack many items in sustainable material. We are also continuing to work on a way that at some point all collection items will be sent sustainably, for example in boxes. As a manufacturer, we serve various customers with our packaging. We also deliver our goods to specialized sellers who have special requirements in terms of packaging and presentation. The cleanliness and hygiene of the goods has top priority here. At present, only bags made of polymer polypropylene (PP) reliably protect against dirt. Thanks to their composition, our bags are recyclable. Currently, only items that our specialized sellers, who want to see the goods without removing the packaging, are ironed, unpacked and presented on hangers. That's why we mainly use our hangers in brick-and-mortar retail. A return service picks up the hangers - so they don't end up in the garbage and can be reused or recycled. All of our goods come from our central warehouse in Radolfzell. Therefore, sellers and online customers receive the same packaging. Repacking the goods before shipping is currently neither efficient nor sustainable. However, since we continuously check our processes, this may change again in the future.

You will usually receive your order three to five business days after it has been shipped. International packages usually take four to six business days to reach their destination. 

Shipments that were packed in our logistics center on Tuesday are handed over to Swiss Post on Thursday; if they were packed on Thursdays, they will be handed over on the following Monday.  You can only track your shipment from this point on.

We currently do not offer express shipping.

We ship with Post CH, for international shipments, shipping can be carried out in cooperation with a local service provider.

All orders are free shipping.

If you are unable to receive your parcel in person, you can leave it at an agreed location or have it delivered to a neighbour. There is also the possibility that the postman has placed your parcel in the "Milchkästli".
Alternatively, you can collect it from the post office indicated on the notification slip left for you by the postman.

You can check the current status of your parcel using your tracking number.

This can be found in your shipping confirmation email. 

If an item is missing from your package, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com. We will then check our inventory. If we find out that there is a shortage, we will send the item to you as soon as possible, or issue you with a store credit. 

Unless otherwise stated, all items in our online shop can be shipped immediately.

Yes, all you have to do is enter the relevant address during the ordering process. However, if the address is different, it is not possible to purchase on account.

If your package arrives damaged, you must submit a damage report to DHL and send it to us. If an item is damaged during shipping or is missing, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com. Please state your order number so that we can handle your request more easily.

That's possible: we'll send you an email containing a link to track your package. You can use the link to change the place and time of delivery or, for example, specify a parcel shop to which you want your parcel to be delivered.

First check the shipment tracking to see whether the package is with a neighbor or at your desired location. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed after five business days, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com.

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us as a return. As with a regular return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days. As we cannot reroute your package to a different address, please place a new order to the correct address.

In this case, please contact customer service kundenservice@schiesser.com and also check the return confirmation for completeness. If an item is not listed, please let us know the item number so that we can check your return a second time. If we cannot find it, please send us a written confirmation that you have returned the item. You can obtain the form from Customer Service.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us free of charge (within Switzerland and Lichtenstein) within 28 days. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. All tags and labels must also still be on the item.

A credit note is always refunded via the selected payment method. 

In the case of an invoice, the invoice amount is reduced by the amount of the returned items. You therefore only pay for the items that you have kept. If you have already paid by bank transfer, we will usually credit the amount to your bank account within five working days. 

If you have paid by credit card, we will credit the amount to the credit card account specified. You can then see the entry on the next statement. It is possible that the date of the chargeback on the statement is the same as the date of payment - this is quite normal.

A cash payment of your credit is not possible.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have recorded the receipt of your return.

As soon as we have received your return and checked it, you will receive an email from us with our return credit note. A new invoice will not be issued after the return. Please pay the difference (invoice amount minus credit note) independently and on time. 

If you have transferred the original amount in full, you will receive a refund in the amount of the credit note.

Vouchers and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts or vouchers. Cash payment is not possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. When redeeming a gift certificate, the total cost of goods purchased must correspond to the value of the voucher. Please note that the shipping and handling fee is not included in the value of the goods. For returns, percentage discounts will be proportionally charged to the credit note. SCHIESSER reserves the right to deduct the value of the voucher from your credit in the case of returns if the purchase value is less than the specified minimum purchase value. The minimum purchase value and voucher period are shown on the vouchers. Information on our general voucher terms and conditions can also be found here.

Please note that our vouchers generally apply to the minimum purchase value AFTER return. That is, the value of goods that you actually keep. This can lead to the fact that you unfortunately no longer qualify for the selected voucher after partial order return and fall below the minimum purchase value. You will therefore have to pay the full invoice amount.

With your own customer account, many functions are available to you that make shopping in the SCHIESSER online shop much easier. You enter your data for billing and your delivery address only once. These will be saved in your customer account so that you don't have to enter them again for each new purchase. The following functions are also available to you:

• Checking the shipping status of your order
• Order and return history
• Exclusive promotions, offers and much more

Of course, you always have the option of either deleting your customer account or changing individual fields. To do this, simply log in to your account and click on the My Account box.

To do this, simply log into your account. Under My Account select My Address book  and change your address accordingly.

You have the option to have an email sent to you by clicking on the question mark in the registration area. This e-mail contains a link you'll need to click. This confirms that the request came from you. You will then receive a second e-mail from us with a newly generated password.
