Credit card

Pay with ease with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. You will be forwarded to complete the credit card payment when the order is complete. For this you need your credit card number, the three digit security code on the back of your card and the expiration date. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

Invoice

The invoice for your order will be in the package. Please transfer the amount indicated within 14 days to the following account of Schiesser AG at:

Please note that we will have a credit check performed for purchases by invoice by Deltavista GmbH or Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. We reserve the right to require payment for your order by another accepted method (e.g. advance payment) if we receive a negative credit report. We will inform you immediately of this decision. If you are late with payment, late payment interest fees and other costs will apply.

Shipping and Service Fees

We will ship your order as an insured package with our logistics partner Post CH.

Orders destined for Switzerland are sent from Germany. Any costs incurred when importing into Switzerland such as VAT, customs and duties are included in our prices. We only charge a shipping and handling fee of CHF 7.90 when shipping your desired items to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

For deliveries to Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary and the United Kingdom, please visit schiesser.com.

If you are not at home when your package arrives, the courier will leave a notification for you. It's possible that the postman has left your package with a neighbor or your 'milk box' or you can pick it up at the specified post office. You can always check the latest status of your shipment using the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email.
