Delivery by Christmas

Have you bought all your Christmas presents yet?

In order to ensure that all of your presents are under the tree on time for Christmas Eve this year, please note the following order deadlines:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Order by December 18th, 2023 – guaranteed delivery before Christmas*

Important: the order deadlines listed do not apply to advance payment!

If a present should not match the expectations: For orders placed by December 24, we extend the right of return to 31.01.2024.

There is no extended payment deadline.

*Guaranteed delivery by the festival. The promotion is valid until Monday, 18th December 2023 for all orders for which there is a deliverable address in the following countries: Switzerland & Liechtenstein, applies only if all items are in stock and the incoming payment has been booked (excluding purchases on account). Does not apply to delayed delivery due to forces majeures, weather, strikes or time delays in the event of a credit check. Delivery will be attempted once. This includes leaving the parcel with the customer, at a branch/shipping center or with a neighbor with or without customer signature, refusal to receive or unsuccessful delivery due to erroneous or incomplete address information as well as the customer not being present.
